企业员工主观幸福感评价指标体系探讨

摘    要:随着生活水平的提高,员工主观幸福感越来越受到重视。在综述目前比较经典的国内外主观幸福感测试量表的基础上,针对中国企业的实际,提出指标体系的构建原则,并以云南某企业为例进行调查,运用SPSS软件,通过因子分析法对提出的员工主观幸福感的初级指标进行筛选,构建企业员工主观幸福感评价指标体系,提出员工主观幸福感计算公式。

Abstract:With the development of economy,people’s living standards have improved a lot,and people are getting increasingly serious about staff’s subjective well-being.This paper summarized the classic subjective well-being test scale at home and abroad.On this basis,aiming at China enterprises’ reality,the construction principle of evaluation index system was raised.By setting an enterprise in Yunnan as an example to investigate and factor analyzing with the SPSS software,the preliminary proposed index of staff subjective well-being were filtered,the evaluation index system was discussed,and the computational formula was put forward.
