| 摘 要： | 基于效率视角,以北京市4家汽车生产企业为例,应用数据包络法进行实证分析。使用三项投入要素和一项产出要素,运用DEAP2.1软件计算出北京市汽车产业生产效率。然后加入环保投资这项投入要素,计算出汽车产业生产效率。进而对这两种计算环境下的生产效率进行对比。结果表明:高强度的环境规制超出企业的消化能力,导致汽车产业生产效率下降;而适当有效的环境规制则能降低汽车企业生产成本,使生产效率提高。

| Abstract: | Based on efficiency perspective,the paper analyses the environmental regulation of four automobile manufacturers with DEA.First the paper calculates the production efficiency of Beijing automotive industry by DEAP 2.1 software with three inputs and one output.Second,by adding the input elements of environmental protection investment to calculate the production efficiency of Beijing Automotive Industry.Finally,comparing the two production efficiency of Beijing Automotive Industry,the empirical results show that: high standard of environmental regulation is out of the enterprise’s capacity,which may decline the production efficiency.On the contrary,the appropriate and effective environmental regulation will reduce production costs and increase production efficiency. |
