Research on the Chain Flexibility of the Retail Chain Supply

Supply chain as a dynamic system,there are many uncertainties in this dynamic system,and these uncertainties affect the operational efficiency of the entire supply chain.Therefore,supply chain objectively has the flexible capacity to adapt to environmental change and deal with uncertainties.For the supply chain of chain enterprises as the core of the retail there are two major uncertainties,one is upstream suppliers,the other is downstream consumers.It is critical that how to assess and deal with these two uncertainties to improve the chain operating efficiency.According to the analysis of the two uncertainties,the proposed method to deal with uncertainties to improve chain management,supply chain flexibility,in order to improve the efficiency of the chain operation.
