| 摘 要： | 本案例从项目组织结构和项目工作流程方面描述了北京御园房地产项目（一期）的初期施工过程和后期整改过程,以及在过程中涉及的相关内容,反映了当前一段时期我国房地产行业普遍存在的一些问题。如何在保证施工质量的前提下,做到管理有序、工作流程清晰和合理控制成本,是我国房地产企业必须要思考的问题。

| Abstract: | The construction process（the first stage）and the adjusting process of Beijing Yuyuan real estate project are described in the light of the project organizational structure and the project work flow.It has reflected some common problems of real estate industry in recent years,which includes how to achieve efficient management,well-defined work flow and reasonable cost control while ensuring the nice project quality. |
