| 摘 要： | 金融危机影响下企业对其经营成本的变化更加敏感。如何优化企业运营战略,降低企业运营成本,提高运营效益是任何企业必须面对的问题。运用价值工程理论提出基于VE的运营战略优化决策分析模型,为企业优化其运营战略提供了理论依据;并通过例子说明了模型的应用过程。

| Abstract: | Enterprises are more sensitive to their cost fluctuation in finance crisis.So the most important question for the enterprises is to optimize the operation strategy and cut down the operation cost.This paper was devoted to develop a decision model based on value engineering for enterprises to optimize its operation strategy.At the same time,an exact example was drawn to demonstrate that how the decision model works in the strategy optimization process. |
