| Abstract: | As a new rising power for supporting the regional economy, the village bank is aimed at building a healthy, pluralistic competitive rural financial market system, in order to enhance the financial service for farmers, countryside and the agriculture. The author analyzed the developing situation and main problems in the operation of village banks and then presented relevant tactics. |
