| 摘 要： | 日本与中国隔海相望,在环中国圈国家中居于重要地位,中日经贸合作是中日关系的重要方面.从中日建交以来,两国政府就在不断推进经贸、投资等领域的合作.随着经济全球化的深入发展,中日两国经济发展与合作也迎来一个新的阶段,在进出口贸易增速、投资规模扩大以及新的合作机制拓展方面取得明显的成效并呈现出良好的发展势头.
