| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场经济的不断发展，金融机构的市场退出机制已经成为现代金融体系不可缺少的部分。建立完善的适应我国金融发展的金融机构市场退出机制已迫在眉睫。本文通过对我国金融机构市场退出机制的现状及存在的问题进行分析，并提出完善建议。
