关于产业结构调整中的几个理论问题

产业结构的演化有其自身的规律性，任何国家或地区要实现其经济的增长和发展，都不可避免地要面对这一问题，而解决这一问题又要同本国本地区的经济发展相适应。本文提出了产业结构演化的规律性趋势，并对影响和制约产业结构变化的内在因素和外在因素进行分析后提出了产业结构优化的标准，其中最根本的是要求产业结构的转换与经济发展相一致，同时文中还提出产业结构的优化不是绝对的和静态的，而是一个相对的和动态的观点。产业结构的转换与经济发展过程密切相关，它贯穿于整个经济发展过程中，并表现为一个不断调整的过程。最后本文指出中国经济仍处于初期工业到加速工业化的过渡时期，还不具备加速工业化的充要条件，产业结构的继续调整仍是我国今后结构调整的重点

Several Theoretical Problems in Adjusting Industrial Structure

Abstract The evolution of industrial structure has its own laws. If any countries or region want to realize the goal of economic growth, they must face the problems concerned industrial structure, the solution to which must adapt to the economic growth. The paper points out the tendency of the evolution of industrial structure, analyzes the inner and outer elements affecting industrial structure and discusses the criterion to improve industrial structure. The author holds the idea that the improvement of industrial structure is not absolute, nor static, but it is relative and dynamic. The transformation of industrial structure has a close connection with economic growth and is a continuous process. China's economy is still at the junior stage of industrialization and adjusting industrial structure is a major task in the coming days.
