| 摘 要： | 信息咨询业已成为我国第三产业的重要组成部分。改革开放以来，我国的信息咨询业得到了较快的发展，然而，在发展中仍然存在着不少问题。笔者对我国信息咨询业的发展现状作了概要性的总结，分析了我国信息咨询业发展中存在的主要问题，并针对存在的问题，提出了发展我国信息咨询业的具体对策。
