论社会主义初级阶段社会公平的科学内涵

公平是起点公平、过程公平和结果公平的统一体。在社会主义初级阶段，应在全社会大力培植以机会均等原则、效率原则、勤劳致富原则和按劳分配原则为尺度分配社会财富的公平观。社会公平不等于平均主义，公平应以“效率优先”为尺度，而收入差距应以有利于调动全社会一切劳动者的积极性、创造性，有利于促进政治稳定、社会稳定为标准。

Scitific Defining of Social Justice in Socialist Initial Stage

Abstract Justice is a united unit of beginning justice, process justice and result justice. In socialist initial stage, we should establish the justice conception that opportunity is equal to all, efficiency is in the first place, hard work results to richness and labour contribution is the criterion in distribution. Socialism is not equal to equalitarianism, but income difference does exist and it is good to encourage labour's enthusiasm and to stabilize society.
