| 摘 要： | 中国股票市场经过16年的发展,虽有了长足的进步,但依然存在诸多问题。究其原因,包括两个方面:股市定位不准确,股票市场制度建设滞后并对违规行为惩处乏力。因此,要使中国股市能够健康发展,股市定位应该从融资为目的转向到保护中小投资者利益为根本,从对违规行为惩处乏力转向到严刑峻法,通过构建一个法治化的股票市场来实现股票市场的各种功能。

| Abstract: | Over 16 years,China's stock market has many problems of operation,although it has made great progress.To find out the reasons,we think of two main aspects:the inaccurate setting-up of China's stock market is the basic reason, construction of institutions is lagged behind and no enough power to practice the laws and rules for punishing the violations. Therefore,the development of China's stock market relies on the accurate setting from financing investment to protect the interests of medium and small investors as basic,from deficiency of punishment to reinforcement of legislation.Eventually by establishing a legislated market,it makes use of the functions of stock market at the same time. |
