摘    要:通过分析"80后"员工特点,论述了这一群体对当前企业人力资源管理带来的挑战,就招聘、培训、人文教育方面提出了相应的解决措施,并从一个"80后"的自身角度出发提出如何适应职场发展及"80后"的自我修缮。

Abstract:The article has passed "80 analytical queen" employees characteristics,has discussed the challenge that this one group brings about to current enterprise Human Resource Management ,will recruit, training ,the humanity educate aspect to resolve measure having brought forward small advantages's , oneself angle after a "80" starts off and suggesting that the field how to adapt to duty develops oneself repair reaching "80 queens".
