| 摘 要： | <正>近年来,借道维尔京群岛、开曼群岛、西萨摩亚群岛等国际避税岛设立壳公司,再将境内企业资产注入壳公司,进一步寻求海外上市,成为境内民营企业的一种风潮。境内民营企业"外资化"倾向的现象极为严重,已经成为一个不争的客观事实。
