| 摘 要： | 区域合作本来就是一个非计划经济的概念.在市场经济条件下,国家需要西部重点区域的协调发展作为西部大开发的示范基地,西部重点区域应具有更大的开放性、互补性和兼容性,西部地区企业应主动谋划、积极进取,使自己成为区域经济合作的真正的市场主体.

| Abstract: | Regional cooperation is a non-plan economy conception. Under market economy, the nation regards coordinate development of west important areas as model sites of western development. West important areas should be more opening up, more complementary and compatible. The enterprises of west areas should actively plan and make progress so as to become the real main body of market. |
