长沙文化产品“走出去”战略探讨

摘    要:文化产品出口正在成为世界各国对外贸易的新增长点。长沙文化产品出口历史悠久,但与新时期的要求相去甚远。本文在借鉴发达国家和先进城市经验的基础上,提出了长沙文化产品"走出去"的五大战略:政府推进战略、传承创新战略、营销品牌战略、产业集群战略和人才培养战略。

Abstract:Cultural products export is becoming a new growth point of foreign trade around the world. Changsha has a long history of cultural products export, but a far cry from the requirements of the new period. In this paper, on the basis of using the experience of developed countries and advanced cities, it puts forward five strategies for Changsha's cultural products"going out":the government promoting strategy, inheriting and innovation strategy, brand marketing strategy, industrial cluster strategy and personnel training strategy.
