Thoughts on Curriculum System Reform for Business Management Major in Local Business Colleges

Curriculum system reform is currently a major part of educational and teaching reform in institutions of higher learning. So the curriculum reform for business management major should cater to the needs of the society and have the right position for talents cultivation, aiming at knowledge integration and practical ability cultivation, optimizing talents cultivation plan, coordinating interior and exterior resources, improving teaching quality, constructing a scientific talent quality assessing system. Four major points should be paid special attention to： one reform, two main transformations, innovating 3 mechanisms, constructing 3 platforms, so as to improve talent cultivation efficiency.
