| 摘 要： | 本文分析了山东省卷烟工业企业在烟叶仓储工作方面信息化应用的现状以及当前业务模式中存在的主要问题,结合作者多年的烟叶仓储基层工作经验,提出了规范烟叶仓储工作的信息化途径——包括人员配置、信息设施配备、ERP系统功能完善、业务流程优化等方面的具体实施步骤、手段和措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the status of information technology application as well as the main problems in current business model in tobacco warehouse management of Shandong province＇s cigarette industrial enterprises, combines with the author＇s many years of experience in grassroots tobacco warehouse, an informatization path to regulate tobacco warehouse management is proposed - including specific implementation steps, means and measures concerning staffing, information facilities equipping, ERP system perfecting, business process optimization, etc. |
