| 摘 要： | 银行卡作为一种现代化的支付结算工具，具有携带方便、使用便捷的特点。银行卡的广泛使用，不仅有利于改善流通环境，延伸金融服务，方便居民生活，还能起到优化城市投资、旅游环境，提升城市形象的作用，并为社会经济发展提供了有力的金融支撑。本文从海南省银行卡联网通用的现状着手，分析了目前存在的主要问题，并提出了相关的对策建议。
