| 摘 要： | 通过构建城市化与土地集约利用模型,分析了动态城市化对不同行为主体的影响,提出低成本、集约型城市化模式概念,认为紧凑是低成本、集约型城市化模型的外在空间表现形式,城市和谐发展与社会福利最大化分别是这一模式的基本目标和根本目标。

| Abstract: | The paper constructs the relationship model between urbanization and intensive land use,which analyzes the influence of dynamic urbanization to different action subject.And it puts forwards the definition of low cost-intensive urbanization model to improve the development of city economy healthily and scientifically and build a socialist harmonious society. |
