摘    要:研究了在1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸Bmim]BF4离子液中,用水杨醛和丙二酸二乙酯在二乙胺催化下制备香豆素-3-羧酸乙酯的反应.得出香豆素-3-羧酸乙酯的最佳制备工艺条件及收率为:n(水杨醛):n(丙二酸二乙酯)=1.0:1.3,催化剂二乙胺用量为0.2mL(以2mL水杨醛计);香豆素-3-羧酸乙酯的收率为88.3%.同时还测定了该目标产物的熔点和红外光谱.

Abstract:Ethyl coumarin-3-carboxylate was synthesized from salicylaldehyde and diethyl malonate in 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquids (Bmim]BF4) by Knoevenagel condensation reaction using diethylamine as the catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions were: n(salicylaldehyde )/n( diethyl malonate) = 1.0:1.3,amount of diethylamine 0.2 mL (based on 2 mLof salicylaldehyde) and reaction time = 2h.
