社会资本视域下的社区治理研究

从社会资本视角研究社区治理是一个崭新的探索。社会资本有助于社区归属感建设，有助于公共精神培育，是制度创新的动力源泉．是基层民主运转的重要条件。我国应通过投资共通性社会资本推动社区治理，理顺社区治理体制，完善互惠性制度规范，鼓励和领导社区自组织建设，通过制度建设来推动共通性社会资本的发展。

On Community Governance from the Perspective of Social Capital

The study of community governance from the perspective of social capital is a new exploration. It is ,for social capital, to help build the community sense of belonging to cultivate public spirit, and is the source of system innovation, and the important con- dition of democracy at the grassroots level operation. Our country should promote community governance by investing in the social capi- tal. Some measures are taken to enhance social capital development; to make the community governance system to work well, to improve the general and mutual standard, to encourage and leader community self-organizing building, which will promote the development of generalized social capital through the system construction.
