| 摘 要： | 我国发展大飞机工业符合幼稚产业理论的坎普标准，即该产业具有外部经济效应，大飞机的研制能够有力拉动我国产业升级和技术进步，对我国经济社会发展具有巨大的推动作用。因此，我国应该对该产业予以扶持和保护，并采取财政、税收、金融等方面的优惠政策和支持措施。

| Abstract: | The development of large aircraft industry of China is in line with Kemp's test of the theory of infant industry,which has external economic effects.The development of large aircraft can be a powerful driving for the industrial upgrade and technological progress of China.It will play a great role in promoting economic and social development of China.Therefore,we should adopt fiscal,financial and other measures of preferential and supportable policies to support and protect the industry. |
