The change of management model in the knowledge economy

Science＆ technology and management are impetuses to promote human's progress. In the knowledge economy era, science＆ technology advance rapidly, thus management must keep up with the pace of the era. It has become the major tasks of the new century to change the management mode of the traditional industrial era and seek the management model suitable for the development of the knowledge economy. This thesis expounds the tendency of management science theory and practice in management center, management approaches, manager's roles, organizational mode and management process, at the same time, a new corresponding management mode is brought forward in this thesis.
