皇岗口岸截获旅客携带植物和植物产品上的有害生物危害性分析及防范对策

为了了解有害生物的截获规律和入侵风险,有效提高疫情截获率,本文通过对皇岗口岸2008年至2010年2月入境旅客携带植物和植物产品的情况进行分析,得出旅客携带的水果和蔬菜有很高的风险。建议对携带四纹豆象Callosobruchus maculatus（Fabricius）、橘小实蝇Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel、辣椒实蝇Bac-trocera（Bactrocera）latifrons（Hendel）、番石榴实蝇Bactrocera correcta（Bezzi）,线虫Nematoda等有害生物的粮豆类、带土花木、辣椒、莲雾、芒果、番荔枝等应重点检疫;针对旅检口岸植物病原物截获率较低现状,提出了应对措施;对加强旅客携带物监管,防控有害生物的入侵提出了对策和建议。

The Harmful Biological Hazard Analysis and Countermeasures of Intercepting Passengers Carrying Plants and Plant Products by Huanggang

To understand the pest invasion and the risk of interception laws,effectively improve the capture rate of the epidemic,this paper,based on the risk analysis of Huanggang tourists carrying plant products from 2008 to February 2010,proposed that passengers carrying fruits and vegetables have a high risk,the quarantine should focus on.Grain legume pests concerning the lower status of plant pathogen interception,it is suggested that we should take measures to deal with passengers carrying materials to strengthen supervision,prevention and control of pest invasion.
