中小输美水产品企业HACCP体系调整

摘    要:输美水产品企业需要建立并有效运行HACCP体系,在适用的要求发生变化时,企业的HACCP体系应进行调整。美国FDA在2011年4月发布的《水产品危害与控制指南》第四版,与传统的HACCP体系有较大不同。本文阐述中小输美水产品企业HACCP体系需要调整的一些方面,以期帮助这些企业理解和遵守相关要求。

Abstract:Processors that export seafood to American shall develop and implement HACCP systems effectively.When related requirement changes,the processors' HACCP systems should change accordingly.In April 2011,FDA issued the fourth edition of Fish and Fishery Products Hazards and Controls Guidance,which has much difference from traditional HACCP system.This paper covers some aspects that medium and small processors exporting seafood to America concerns as to help these processors understand and abide by related requirements.
