Analysis on Restriction Factors of New Types of Rural Cooperative Medical System Financing

Since the implementation of new rural cooperative medical system, the financing level of China＇s new rural cooperative medical system has increased greatly, but there are still many restricted factors which can not be ignored. These restricted factors bring a series of problems which result in the slow development of new rural cooperative medical system and influence the operation quality and effect of the system. Therefore, eliminating the restricted factors of the new rural cooperative medical system and build a lasting and stable increasing financing mechanism is the important condition for the sustainable development of new rural cooperative medical system.
