网络经济的价值源自直接经济、注意力经济以及规模经济,因此对网络公司的评价已大大的不同于对传统的实体业务的评估。为此,应通过借鉴国外网络公司估价模型,分析网络公司的价值增长模式,提出对国内网络公司的价值评估应区分不同阶段分别采用模糊综合评价法、单项加总法以及收益现值法来评估。

The values of network companies derive from direct economy,attention ec onomy and scale economy.Vaulation o f network companies,therefore,is quite diff erent from that of traditional entit y operations.Based on valuation mod el of network companies abroad and by analyzing value increase model of network companies,this paper su ggests such methods as Analytical Hi erarchy Process,Item Addend Method,and discount Cash Flo w Method for different stages.
