转轨时期金融制度变迁的逻辑演进——一个基于东西部金融组织差异问题的研究

中国的经济正处于转轨时期,金融制度的变迁是转轨时期经济增长的决定性因素。我国东西部金融结构和金融组织的差异性很大。长期以来,西部地区经济发展一直处于一种“恶性循环”状态中,经济增长需要强有力的金融支持,需要大力发展金融市场,但西部的经济规模反过来又难以支持金融市场的发展,缺乏必要的金融支持,西部经济增长速度则很难赶上东部地区的发展水平。这对转轨时期金融制度的]进进程造成了很大障碍。本文从金融制度变迁和组织成长的关系出发,通过理论范式进行推],并利用实证分析比较东西部金融市场组织结构及其绩效,深入剖析西部金融市场组织结构特征,揭示影响西部金融市场组织成长的因素,从而找到加快发展西部金融市场有效途径,并试图找出转轨时期金融制度变迁的逻辑线索。

Finance system transition''''s logic evolution in transformation time--research based on difference between east and west district finance organization problem

the china's economy is undergoing the transition stage,in which the financial institution change is one of the important element .the difference of the financial organization and strucure between west and east district in China is huge.For a long time,the economy development in western district are in a distort circle.That is ,the growth of economy need financial suply while the economy scale in western district is not adapt to the development.The development is lack of finacial support.This is a great barrier of financial institutional change.In this paper,the author wants to analyse the comparation the strucure and efficiency betweeen the western and eastern financial market from a positive perspective.and then disclose the logic clue of the financial institutional change in China.
