Side Effects of Multinational Corporation on China’s Economic Development and the Countermeasures

As an important carrier of economic globalization,multinational corporation has deepened of international division of labour and promoted resources to be allocated and optimized globally,while it has played an important role in technological innovation,information communication and economic structure adjustment.Especially for China,as a new emerging market economy,it needs more foreign capitals brought by multinational corporations to promote the economic prosperity and further activate its economic potential.However,as multinational corporations are promoting China s economic development, they bring in some side effects.In this regard,the paper elaborates the side effects and puts forward the countermeasures.
