摘    要:近年来,随着中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立和中国-东盟博览会永久落户南宁,南宁市中小企业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇和广阔的发展空间.但是,在南宁市中小企业的快速发展中,许多企业都面临着管理体系不科学,薪资福利跟不上行业发展的水平等问题.其中,企业的薪酬制度与员工激励之间的问题表现得尤为突出,严重阻碍了企业的进一步发展.文章结合已有的研究成果,通过理论研究与南宁市中小企业发展的实际相结合,对南宁市中小企业的薪酬制度与员工激励问题进行深入分析与论述,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策与措施.

Abstract:With the establishment of China-ASEAN free trade area and China-ASEAN Expo in Nanning,small to medium -sized enterprises are facing challenges and opportunities they have never had.However,many small to medium-sized enterprises have problems in their management and salary system far behind the average of the industry.Enterprise salary system and staff motivation are seriously in the way of the enterprise development.The paper analyzes and discusses this problem,combining the previous research findings and practical examples and making suggestions for solving these problems.
