| 摘 要： | 在分析传统企业供应链管理的基础上，结合目前制造业企业内部供应链管理系统的特点，提出以订单为中心的企业内部供应链系统的内涵，并就该供应链管理系统的设计进行了研究，从企业内部供应链的角度将管理系统分成四大模块，对各模块的特点和功能进行了分析和设计，目的是有效地降低企业运营成本，提高企业运营效率。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of traditional enterprises supply chain management,combining the features of current manufacturing enterprises internal supply chain management system, Proposed the connotation of this supply chain system and discussed the system design. The system is divided into four parts. We analysis and design the characteristics and functions of the various parts. It is effective to reduce the cost of enterprise operations and to improve enterprise operating efficiency. |
