| 摘 要： | 研究了考虑雾霾治理的物流业升级问题。首先分析了雾霾产生的原因及危害,进而探讨了物流业与雾霾的因果关系,最后提出了制定考虑雾霾治理的物流规划设计、重视低碳多式联运运输方式、完善物流信息系统共享平台及制定相应的低碳物流标准、法规和政策等考虑雾霾治理的物流业升级策略。研究对物流产业升级,降低物流成本,提高物流利润,降低能源消耗及碳排放,从根本上治理雾霾等多方面具有重要的理论和实践指导价值。

| Abstract: | We research on the problem of logistics industry upgrade based on considering haze governance. The article analyzes causes and hazards resulting of haze firstly, then explores the causal relationship between logistics industry and haze. Based these, we conclude some upgrading strategies of logistics industry based on haze governance. For example, we consider the development of logistics planning considering haze governance, attention to low-carbon multimodal transport,improve logistics information systems and sharing platforms,develop appropriate low-carbon logistics standards, regulations and policies. Our research has many important theoretical and practical values on upgrading logistics industry, reducing logistics costs, improving logistics profits, reducing energy consumptions and carbon emissions and governing haze. |
