温州小微企业景气与预警体系建立与实证分析

文章通过对温州市近千家小微企业的问卷调查,运用层次分析法构建了包括市场信心、市场、经营成本、融资、创新、投资的小微企业景气指标体系,为各指标赋予权重,建立了温州小微企业景气指数模型,分别计算出2012年、2013年度温州小微企业景气指数。并通过建立预警体系以灯号形式展示11个行业的景气状况,为温州小微企业的发展提出科学合理的建议。

Wenzhou small and micro enterprise prosperity early warming system construction and demonstration analysis

In this paper, through the questionnaire survey of Nearly？one thousand Wenzhou small and micro enterprises, using the analytic hierarchy process to build the small and micro enterprises climate index system which includes confidence in the market, mar- ket, management, financing, innovation and investment cost, and giving weights for each indicator, estab- fishing climate index model of Wenzhou small and micro enterprises, calculating the Wenzhou small and micro enterprise climate index of 2012 and 2013 respective- ly, And through the establishment of early warning sys- temin the form of lights showing 11 industries devel- opment degrees, scientific and reasonable suggestions are putting forward for development of small and micro enterprises in Wenzhou.
