| Abstract: | After reviewing the literatures of domestic talent and development of science and technology, the description and the analysis to the present situation of human resources in science and technology, discusses the existing problems and the causes of Guangdong Province Science and technology talent resource advantages and development process, and finally puts forward the strategy for science and technology talent resources development. |
