广东省文化创意产业人才供需预测研究

目前,文化创意产业正逐步成为新时期经济发展旳主要拉动因素。发展文化创意产业的关键是人才。本文通过线性回归分析法和趋势外推法对未来5年文化创意产业的人才供给与需求进行预测。研究表明:未来广东省文化创意产业人才的需求将呈稳步增长态势,基本处于供不应求的局面。在分析人才缺口的基础上,提出了创意人才与文化创意产业发展互动的政策建议,为广东省文化创意产业的建设提供理论依据和参考。
