适当扩大罚金刑适用范围的问题研究

本文从我国目前罚金刑存在的问题入手,指出我国刑法在罚金刑设置方面存在的问题,论证了适当扩大罚金刑适用范围的理论依据、现实依据和政策依据,在此基础上,笔者提出了扩大罚金刑应遵循的宏观原则及具体举措,并阐述了罚金刑适用范围扩大之后的执行问题。
