摘 要: | 核心员工作为一个企业人力资源的核心,在企业的生存和发展中起着更重要的作用。在了解企业现状基础上,通过构建科学的薪酬体系、晋升体系、培训体系及给予人性化关怀,建立长远有效的激励机制具有十分重要的意义。
