论当前经济形势下新疆高校就业指导课程体系创新

在中国经济增速放缓,拉动就业规模萎缩的背景下,大学生毕业数量增加引发的就业矛盾日益突出。因而创新就业指导课程体系,增强大学生就业竞争力,成为政府和社会关注的焦点。本文在调查新疆高校就业指导课程开展现状的基础上,分析课程体系与经济发展存在的不协调表现,提出创新指导理念,更新指导教材内容、完善指导教师甄选制度、开展就业指导科研等措施,有益于政府和高校完善大学生就业政策,提升就业水平。

Sinkiang university employment guidance course system innovation under present economy situation

Under background of low Chinese economy speed and less amount of employment, the conflict of college students＇ supply and demand enhanced with col- lege student numbers increasing. Then, government fo- cus on innovation of employment guiding course so as to help them work. This article analyze the problem be- tween courses and economic development on the basis of investigating all of universities in Xinjiang ,and put forward some advices about innovation in many fields including management ,books and teacher selection to help government and university.
