Minority students＇ ideological and political education,an important part in college ideological and political education,the special group of college students,as a specific target. Researching minority students＇ ideological and political education work carefully,instructing and guiding their ideology and politics,moral traits and codes of behavior targetedly are of great realistic meaning to strengthen and improve their ideological and political education. This article,on the basis of describing the importance of strengthening minority students＇ ideological and political work,analyzes the causes of existing problems in Chinese college minority students＇ ideological and political education work and provides the major measures to develop a harmonious minority students＇ ideological and political education work.
