| Abstract: | The international competitiveness relates to administrative efficiency which can influence the government＇s public image. The grass-root administrative efficiency nowadays is not high not only due to the objective reason, but also because of the human factors and external conditions. Thus the administrative efficiency should be improved from the functions of the government,the establishment of administrative agencies, the measures of supervision and examination and soft environment. |
