针对当前“编辑学者化”争论激烈的背景,以框架图形式总结各家观点,明确争论涵盖对象,并基于自身科研经历,建立高校科研流程图,阐述学术编辑工作的本质,提出应淡化“编辑学者化”争论,把工作重心转移到提高编辑自身素质上来.

On the Editor Scholarly

Based on the fact of serious arguments on editor scholarly, the various viewpoints were summarized by frame diagram and the objects of the arguments were defined. A science study flow chart in high school was established according to the study experience, and the essence of the academic editor＇s work was described. The view that working key should be transferred from arguing on ＂ editor scholarly＂ to improving editors＇ quality was referred.
