| 摘 要： | 通过分析苏州市吴江区目前低水平、多层次、全覆盖的农村养老保障体系,发现存在保障水平过低、缺乏长期有效的救助机制、提供养老服务的机构少且贵、服务内容少且质量低、重物质赡养而轻精神赡养等问题,提出提高保障力度、提升养老服务水平、转变养老观念等对策。

| Abstract: | y analyzing the current old-age security system of low level,multi-levels and full coverage in Wujiang District of Suzhou City,this article finds the following questions： low levels of security,the lack of long-term effective relief mechanism,a small number and high price of endowment service agencies,a bit less content and low quality of service,much more emphasis on material support than spiritual support. And the strategies of improving security strength,enhancing the level of pension service level,changing the pension concept are also put forward. |
