校企共建实践教学基地的建设模式与机制研究

摘    要:实践教学是培养学生动手能力的主要途径,是高等教育人才培养的重要组成部分.随着教育体制改革的深入,传统的大学实验室建设模式已不适应技术进步和社会发展的需要,呈现出管理僵化、观念落后、理论与实际脱节、教学与应用脱节等问题.学校和企业共建实践教学基地,可以有效地实现校企双方的优势互补、资源互用、利益共享,它将成为一种适应技术进步和教育发展的新型实验室建设方式.

A Study on Construction Mode and Mechanism of Building a Practice Teaching Base by School-enterprise Cooperation

Abstract:The practice of teaching is the main way to develop students' practical ability and an important component of talent training in higher education. However, with the deep development of education reformation, the laboratory construction mode of traditional university is difficult to meet the needs of technological progress and social develop- ment, showing the problems of rigid management, musty ideas, the dissociation between theory and practice, between teaching and application. A practice teaching base of school-enterprise cooperation can effectively take complementary advantages of both the school and enterprise, share the common resources and benefits, and it can be a new way of the new laboratory construction to adapt to the technological progress and the development of education.
