| 摘 要： | 企业目前对英语培训的需求强烈,但培训的效果却不尽如人意。校企混编英语培训团队能够有效提高企业英语培训的效果,使之达到预期目标。校企混编英语培训团队的建设包括结构建设、工作能力建设、培养系统建设和保障体系建设等各方面。

| Abstract: | At present,enterprises have strong desires for English training,but its effect is not very satisfying and can be improved by the college and enterprise mixed English training team which enables English training to achieve its expected goal. The construction of college and enterprise mixed English training team includes that of team structure,working ability,culture system and security system. |
