摘    要:本文主要是对柜式空调器的滑动门进行创新设计,它采用时下流行的自动升降门机构的平板设计,其创新性在于采用滑门三角支撑,实现更稳定地传动,因此它具有独立知识产权的专利技术。当面板闭合时显得美观大方。在滑动门的研究与设计过程中,采用Pro/Engineer软件进行精确的三维设计并通过三维模型进行机构运动仿真、分析,最终得出柜式空调器全新滑动门设计。

Abstract:The paper expatiated on designing the new sliding door of cabinet air-conditioner. It used the flat design for automatic overhead door of kinematic mechanism in vogue. It is innovative that using kinematic mechanism of the triangular supporting sliding door and achieving a more stable drive. Kinematic mechanism is the proprietary technology with the independent intellectual property rights. When the panel closed,it looks like very beautiful and elegant. In the long course of research transmission device of sliding door,3D models simulate and analyzing Mechanism motion on pro/ engineer is adopted. In the end,new sliding door of cabinet air-conditioner is designed.
