| 摘 要： | 本文通过对物流需求预测的时间序列预测方法的组成成分、基本结构进行分析，利用编制计算机程序来建立时间序列需求量预测的简单指数平滑法、自适应指数平滑法和HOLT指数平滑法三种预测模型，为配送中心的库存控制提供支持。
