浙江茶叶竞争力实证分析

摘    要:利用综合比较优势指数法、贸易竞争指数法、显示性比较优势法,并结合国际市场占有率指数,从国际竞争力和国内竞争力2个层面对浙江茶叶与中国其他茶叶主产省份进行对比分析。结论是:浙江茶叶国内和国际比较优势较为明显,具有较强的竞争力,但竞争力不稳定。在实证分析的基础上,总结了制约浙江省茶叶竞争力提升的各种因素,并提出了相应的对策:①加大标准化建设力度,提升茶叶质量竞争力;②提高茶叶产业化经营水平;③打破品牌的地域限制,实施区域性名牌战略;④积极开展有组织的劳务输入,降低茶叶生产的人工成本。

Abstract:This research tried to use Aggregated Advantage Indices,Normalized Trade Balance,Revealed Comparative Advantage to compare the competitiveness advantages of Zhejiang with other major tea producing provinces in China,compared from two levels of domestic and international.Concluded that Zhejiang tea domestic and international comparative advantage was of great obvious,was relatively competitive,but it was instability.At last,the author put forward the reasons that limit developing and give some advises,based on the analysis,mainly about:①increase the foundation of standardization to improve the qualitatively competitiveness of tea;②improve the tea industrialization level;③break the regionally limit of brand,and actualize the stratagem of territorial nameplate;④develop the organizational laborer input to debase the labor cost in tea production.
