工业企业生态系统及其共生机制研究

在自然界中,生物按照一定的规律与原理产生共生现象。工业企业是社会—经济—自然复合生态系统的重要单元,也可以遵循共生原理与原则,通过对共生机制的设计与构建,实现企业间的共生与循环。工业企业共生的主要特征是系统性与融合性、合作性与竞争性、互利性与互动性、协调性与动态均衡性等不同属性的并存与综合。工业企业共生机制的构建既要考虑共生单元、共生模式、共生环境之间的内在联系,又要通过政策、法规、制度,促进企业共生机制作用的发挥,从而实现企业生态系统的可持续发展。

Study on Ecosystem of Industrial Enterprises and Its Symbiotic Mechanisms

In nature,organisms coexist in accordance with certain rules and principles.Industrial enterprises are important units of the complex ecosystem of social-economic-natural,and the symbiosis and recycling between enterprises could be achieved by symbiotic mechanism following basic principles of symbiosis.The main characters of symbiosis of industrial enterprises are the coexistence and complex of systematicness and integration,cooperation and competition, mutually benefit and interactivity,coordination and dynamic balance etc.For constructing symbiotic mechanism of industrial,the inherent relations between symbiotic units, model and environment should be taken account of and the symbiotic mechanisms should be promoted to achieve sustainable development of the enterprise ecosystem via related policies,regulations and systems.
