| 摘 要： | 公司政治行为是企业经营战略中的重要内容,对企业意义重大.中国企业的公司政治行为具有鲜明的政治、经济体制属性,但其发展还相对滞后且不规范,对此应将公司政治行为纳入到企业经营管理中,细化公司政治行为类型,丰富公司政治行为实施路径,使公司政治行为主体由单一走向联合,提高管理水平.
